thats not bad).

Pronounced freesha. Southern California electronics. MOST
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Whats Come Inside of You, Freescha's
third full length album released on their own Attacknine
label, brings 14 new songs from the creative pairing &
friendship of the San Fernando Valley born Nick Huntington
and Michael McGroarty. Their Californian brand of organic
electronic songs are observed and enjoyed by fans the world
over, as well as by other music figures such as; Two Lone
Swordsmen, Moby, Casino vs. Japan, Opiate, Hermann & Klein,
Bauri and Marumari. Freescha was chosen for URB magazine's
"Next 100" artists to watch for in their year-end special
issue. From the by-gone days, when the naivety of 1970s
relinquished its day dreams over to its successor, the
equally awkward, trendy1980s, Freescha opens the doors to a
special place that escapes specific dates or promises that
can not be kept, and only hopes to sweeten that ache held in
secret under a pillow, like finding strange candies in a
dark dream. Recommended for fans of Flash Gordon, Tones on
Tail, Xanadu, The Gap Band, Big Foot, summer vacations, and
as the Japanese say, "natsukashii" -a feeling for fond
memories. Future projects: Car Park records compilation, "Do
You Wanna Buy a Craprak?" (exclusive track) Split 12"/CD
with artist, Casino vs. Japan (3 exclusive tracks) Miy Paluk
records (UK label) will feature a Freescha track on their
upcoming compilation. Freescha are currently writing &
recording for what will be their next album scheduled for
release in 2004. "A ghostly, timeless, parallell,
otherworldlyness pervades every track taking it way beyond
mere zeros and ones. File under church music from distant
galaxies" -Andrew Weatherall (Two Lones Swordsmen, WARP) "i
swear i've listened to those freescha cd's more than any
other cd's in the last 6 months. they're so great. i love
them." -Moby "... misters Huntington and McGroaty lost the
map a while ago, but they've since killed the headlights and
let go of the wheel, letting the logic of the lost highw

AWESOME, Church Music is one of the best chilled IDM albums
I've heard, I'd put it right up there with BOC's best. Can't
wait to hear this new stuff. I don't mind if it's more of
the same.

goddamnit i hate when music is described as "chilled", that
sounds like a type of categorization that's like, "yeah this
is background music" or whatever, ahhhh, i never wanna hear
that word again!

this must be my most expected cd...
i found a bunch of 1 minute samples and even some full
length mp3's (in low quality tho) and i cant stop listening
this
every new sample i find sounds even better then the previous
one, and i loved the first one already :)

i downloaded a bunch of their tracks last summer, i only
really liked 'kid brother'

i suppose they're probably a better album band though..
where you have to listen to the whole thing to really enjoy
it.

i remember reading a review that said 'whats come..' was in
a different direction than their previous stuff

i wish i could find their stuff around here more, i've been
too lazy to order stuff, and the closest i've seen the new
one was down in boston

though, its always slightly annoying to hear another artist
making music like your own but better...
