How the fuck do you breakdance?

I'm a slightly out of shape 17 year old interested in
learning how to breakdance like a mother fucker. Anyone
have any good breakin' resources?

I found quite a good site online with tips and walkthroughs
- I used to do it as a kid - head-spinning was my
speciality. :)

Breakin' m00vs

it's damn tough and you have to have quite a lot of upper
body strength and good coordination do do the fancy power
moves
