yes a little more popular.... that happens when you relase so many records and start doing MTV music videos.. . 90% of the people on this board are under 20 and got into aphex all because of the come to daddy video on MTV... and notice that come to daddy is the most popular release according to the polls on this board. but trust me, when the majority of the public goes and buys drukqs, they're gonna be like.. uh this isn't the same as come to daddy, and then they wont be into it anymore. |

thats how i got started, from that NIN album. Then I went and got SAW II and was like.. uhhhh .. but you'll notice that every album he puts out is completely different style... it grows on you |

Thanks Ross for sticking up for me. I mean but over here in england, in the ninetines i had to ask the guy behind the counter at the record shop if he had anything by aphex twin. He would then disappear into the back tryin to find anything remotely to do with aphex. And then probably come back without anything. But now i go into shops and all i have to do is look under a to find a section for aphex twin. |
