Attempting to set coat on fire

wizards teeth on 2001-10-19 09:52 [#00043602]

Last night I was out for a few drinks.

One thing led to another and we decided to damage my coat.

We left the public house and we walked down the street.

I asked a man if I could borrow a light.

He agreed and I attempted to set my coat on fire.

The Police pulled up and asked what I was upto.

I told them and they asked me to stop.

Is it illegal to set coats on fire in Britain ?

perhaps people in britain are much too fond of coats,
purchase the likes of pants, shoes, shirts, and caps.
attempt to incinerate those while standing in front of the
police station.

if it illegal to light any item of clothing on fire, ask the
police officers as to why that is. ask them what specific
law states that under no circumstances any item of clothing
or fashion is to be lit upon fire.

|REFLEX|: Why is this? Is he teaching Platipi how to speak
Latin?

its not illegal unless someone is still wearing it, then its
attempted homicide.

it's illegal to start fires in a public place without
special permission or some kind of licence, no matter what
you decide to burn.
wizard - i bet all of your ten year old mates thought you
were cool..."when i grow up i want to be just like you
wizard"
what kind of an arse decides to burn his own coat. if you
don't like it - throw it away you spastic.

i'd like to go into shops while of fire. i don't think they
can refuse me service for being on fire, unless my shirt was
to completely burn off.

Well one time a cop that was on fire got out of his burning
car and gave me shit for not being on fire. He gave me a
lighter and told me to set myself on fire or i was going to
be arrested. (this was ofcourse after i digested my
Nintendo)...
