My mom is in town for a visit. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Why is it that the words of moms are like sharp fingers poking you in the chest? How do they know exactly what buttons to push to send you into a seething rage and make you feel ashamed of your reaction? (Uh I guess the answer to that would be they've known you since you were born... and that they are hormonally driven to Acts of Great Evil) My pet peeve #1 is that my mom HATES to see me doing something productive in my spare time. I'm supposed to either be working, or sitting around chatting and watching TV. If I'm writing or playing music she is compelled to nag me. Peeve 2 is she gets into everything. Nosy nosy nosy.
