Hi, i've got a real problem with my souncard and cubase.
My soundcard is a terratec dmx6fire 24/96 and i'm running cubase vst32 5
the problems that i'm having are:
1) that the card won't pass the sync test 2) the card has three stereo ouputs - cubase says there is only one output port and only 2 ouput channels.
I've downloaded the latest drivers for the card and i'm really stuck.
any help at all would be greatly appriciated.

Do you have any audio outputs on your machine?

And are the ASIO drivers in the cubase ASIO driver folder? If the ASIO drivers are there, you need to open cubase and in your audio system settings cubase needs to be told to employ your card.
If you already know all this, i'm not really sure what to tell you. I've only set up one PCI/breakout card and my EMI, and both were on apple systems that are known for their ease of compatibility and installation.
