Pretty good. I Like Those AAC code files -- great quality
but small in size. Beats the crap out of MP3

Don't bother with that Music Store though. Search results
for Autechre, Aphex, BoC etc = 0

Anyone else upgraded?

It's a free upgrade -- not sure it's free from version 2.
Have a try anyway

it was free from v2 to v3 and from v3 to v4 so why wouldn't
it be free from v2 to v4? ^^

be careful though, it requires at least OS X 10.1.5. (you
can update to 10.1.5 free as well, but it takes a while to
download!)

i haven't downloaded iTunes 4 yet, because it is green!
iTunes 3 is purple. i prefer purple to green.
(iTunes 2 was blue... anyone knows which color was for
iTunes 1?)

I echo Peloton's sentiment... AAC is nice, but the selection
on the music store just isn't there yet.

aaaahh... mp3s, mp3 pro, ogg vorbis and now aac... it will
become a big fucking mess with all these new different
formats!! -_-

a nice thing in iTunes4 is you can get the cover art from
the CDs!

(it was already on Audion 2 though)

The ACC format may not be for general swapping use (only
available for Mac, apparently) but if you've got an iPod
it's a good why to upload far more near CD quality files
using less space. Shit like that.

The 30 second audition on the Music Store is good too.

It's stable too. I've had no glitches at all.
