haha given Toms views on Aaron that seem HIGHLY unlikely to
ever take place. :D

Actually...I do think VS he is improving with time. Find
Cadace is a good release. But I still think musically Tom
is easily better.

musically tom is way better, but to blow your mind off
snares is the one...

yeah.. VSnares is great at mashing it up etc, but Tom beats
hi hands down in musical content, funky groove, melody etc.
Easy to compare them but with a bit more descerning thought,
they are quite different really

i could put it like so:
-cant wait for the new pusher album
-cant wait to see snares live

so far on 2370894 'nobody really understands anybody' is
standing out.. beautiful synths with an electro beat, can't
beat it

Is the rest of Higgins' like Dance Like Your Selling Nails??
If so I'm undoubtably getting it, his breakcore works for
me.. can't stop listening to his live set at ATP, the
samples from sick rap songs go hand in hand with the fucked
up noise.

the belly of a snake??

If anyone has a link concerning those Squarepusher comments
regarding Venetian Snares i would fucking LOVE to read
them!

Incidently, Venetian Snares = Squarepusher but without the
effort/talent.....

IMHO etc etc

I thought Squarepusher didn't care about anything? I'm glad
to see that he is being prescious about his music. Didn't he
create a track called 'my fuckin' sound'?

What I like about Venetian Snares music is the kinda weirdo
Witchy pyschodelic elements its etremely fresh. So much
music is all nicey wicey. I think he alongside with other
breakcore artists such as Hecate are doing something fresh
in that respect. Yeah 'Doll Doll Doll' is definitely one of
his most memorable records.

Songs about my Cats is his best imo. Higgins and 2370894 are
in a tie for second.

they're all wicked... but i'd say doll doll doll would be
one of the lower ranked releases on my list... not that it's
bad... it's just that the others are all so damn good... as
for M. Jenkinson... it'd be a shame to only have him as the
drillnbass provider... drill rules, and the more i can get
of it, the better!

defluxion is a pretty rad 7"

the title track sounds like it sampled that bootleg afx
track kick ass outside violin solo
