Isn't there web sites you can visit to find that out? Anyway it was '69, just before Abbey Road. And the label, at least in Oz, was Apple, (their own lable), just like every other release that I have. |

Nacho, have you heard '99's Yellow Submarine Songtrack? It has every song that was featured in the film remixed and remastered, it sounds AMAZING... much much better than any of their other CDs. The drums and bass sound fuller and everything is crystal clear. They NEED to remix the rest of their albums, this is the best sounding Beatles release ever. |

You may be right. this is one album I don't have. But I'm pretty sure it was before Abbey Road and after the White Album. But if you start thinking about dates and lables, I think it's time to buy a book, or atleast do some serious web searching. |

I think Capitol were the guys handling The Beatles in the US. So it depends on where you come from. But in the end, they were all owned by EMI. |

They were orginally released in '73. Re-released on CD later. The Red Album is the only official Beatles release I don't have. Gwargh! |

It may be official, but it's still basically a "best of", so it's the one to get on CD in my opinion. So is all your stuff on Vinyl, Ophecks? To me it seems like the only way to truely own a Beatles album. But maybe I'm just anal. |
