Sweden!
The police is not very corrupt.
The air is...well, quite clean.
The countryside is free for all to wander about in.
It's very warm in the summers and not that cold in
wintertime.
The prices are a bit high sometimes though... But with the
new German supercheap mega lo-cost marts popping up that
won't be a problem. Well, maybe just for those who own
bussinesses nearby, they'll probably have to close sooner or
later.
It's...really not that good anymore when I come to think
about it, but then again, all countries are becoming
"globalized" soon so there will not be a safe haven left for
those who thinks human values comes before the enrichment of
corporate criminals.

Wow... I thought this post would be a short positive one.
Sorry.

haha, funny post, I recognize what you have written there. I
have to ass that since the euro has been introduced prices
have doubled here, while the income has stayed the same and
cost of living are rising too so it basically sucks.

Heh, we've got lots of Polaks here in Iceland. They come
here to work and the pay is probably 20x better or something
because they really don't want leave :).

(I guess thousands of 180cm beautiful tall blondes doesn't
spoil it either...)

Denmarks is a pretty cool country to live in too but it's a
bit flatlanded for my style.

Definitely don't even consider the UK - worst weather in
Europe (dull wet winters, dull wet summers). Lots of street
crime, loads of fucking idiots, etc.

I am currently living in Lithuania, which I have to say I
really enjoy. Really friendly people, really nice climate
(lots of sunshine in winter, even if it is rather cold, very
warm summers, etc), really beautiful women, cheap beer and
food (compared to UK).

I don't think there are any jobs here though.

Oh, I forgot to say - speaking of suicide rates, I believe
Lithuania's is the HIGHEST IN THE WORLD! Do a Google search
on "lithuania suicide rate".

are you joking? Have you ever been to Japan? Do you have any
idea how low the quality of life here is?

But it is a fun place to live while you are young, it has to
be said... No way I am going to settle or bring up kids here
though..
