this Manitoba album is EXCELLENT!!! It's great... totally
fun and upbeat, sounds like probably 60's and 70's rock, but
with lots of weird sounds mixed in... I've read a few
reviews, and it's been compared to The Beach Boys, and other
bands like that... it's real nice!!

and then there's lots of other instruments like flutes,
trumpets, etc, mixed in...

kinda reminds me of that Avalanches album Since I Left You,
in the sense that there seems to be so much going on in the
music...

the avalanches album is so borring, anyone want to buy it?

manitoba eh, his first album was pretty good but every
review says that the new one is way better but not similar
at all and that it doesnt even sound like the same
guy...i'll still have to check this out.

I love that avalanches album... it's amazing imo... some of
the best sample music I've heard... I haven't heard that
much mind you, but still...

me too, its so predictable, generic and unimpressive, the
only impressive thing is how many samples they used but that
doesnt automatically make the album good. very disappointing
indeed.
