Hey.

I need somebody to help me out finding some real brit
garage/speedgarage. You know, fast beats with like
ragga-vocals on. Like, Ali G-style? :D

Namedrop some stuff :)

The Streets? :/

DJ Zinc isn't bad from what I've heard of him, try his remix
of Santos' Camels.

dizzie rascal, plasticman, black opps, musical mobb, roll
deep, wiley, platinum cru .
all seriously good - go to www,juno.co.uk and check all the
soundfiles in the garage section.
they're calling dizzie rascal's track i luv you grimey or
gutter garage cos it's filthy production and nasty lyrics,
excellent stuff like a kinda slow gabbery uk hip hop, much
better than venetian snares or whatever.

idizzie rascal is gonna be a big hit soon, there were a 1,00
or so copuies pressed and everyone went mad for it and he
was immediatley signed to xl , home of the white stripes and
prodigy

I remember this topic: what about Double 99 - Ripgroove, the
classic "speed garage" kev classic.

Theres a pirate station near me (you can only pick it up in
about a 2 mile radius and at certain times of the day) that
plays nothing, but punjabi MCs type stuff. No talking, no
adverts, just goes from track to track. Sounds like 2 guys
with a drum machine doing it live.

Do you work in a record shop by any chance?
