Geachte heer/mevr

Naar aanleiding van uw nog openstaande bestelling bij
NLstore willen wij u vragen hierop te reageren via
onderstaand formulier.

Een tijd geleden heeft u een bestelling geplaatst bij
NLstore, wij hebben het artikel moeten bestellen bij onze
leverancier. Nu hebben wij de informatie ontvangen van onze
leverancier dat uw artikel uit bestelling is, omdat het de
maximale tijd in backorder heeft gestaan en het artikel nog
niet geleverd is door de betreffende maatschappij.

Is het een bestelling bestaande uit meerdere artikelen dan
is dit bericht alleen van toepassing op de artikelen die nog
niet zijn verzonden.

Het artikel is niet vervallen maar mogelijk door een
voorraad probleem tijdelijk niet leverbaar.

Met onderstaand formulier kunt u aangeven om de bestelling
nog wilt ontvangen of wilt annuleren.

Excuses voor het ongemak.

It states that the delivery is delayed because of 2nd order
problems with the company they get it from.
You have to say yourself if you want the stuff you ordered
or want your order canceled, with the form below.

if you fill in the form (which they added) to cancel the
order, they'll send you back your money, you can also choose
to keep it on backorder, but it'll probably never come .. i
chose to cancel and get my money back

ingestuurd.

Bestelling annuleren en omzetten naar een tegoedbon bedrag
+10% extra.

- option 2 -

cancel the order but I have payed by collection (?) [you
know, when you give the company the right to get the money
from your account themselves..]

- option 3 -

cancel the order, pay back the amount to account number:

city:

- option 4 -

cancel the order and transfer to a "gift voucher" with 10%
extra.

I don't see how option 2 is really an option. an option to
WHAT?

I think it would be best alround if you just sent them an
e-mail explaining you're in America and what would be the
best thing to do for you.

i tried emailing them like, "you god damn foreigners speak
some fucking english or what?!"

and they didn't reply. but i was actually a tad more

i gave them my credit card info. i have no idea whether or
not they deducted from my account. maybe if they didn't,
