I'm working in a strange book shop at the mo, it sells Military and Transport related crap, anyway Pete Waterman often comes in, apparently he's obsessed with trains and stuff. I've only been working there 4 2 weeks so 2day was the 1st time I'd met him, I was serving him when the lass I was working with decided 2 tell him that I was a musician, just to embarrass me... Anyway I got chatting to him about various sundry crap, and when I was trying to explain what kind of music I wrote I cited Aphex, "Ah yes" he said, now there's a man who knows how to promote himself!" He then went on to add that he'd met him and Chris Morris at a Charity Jumble Sale????!!!! It sounds unlikely to me but anyway... That was my day :) |
