I was browsing though this stuff a while ago. The "You Can Feel The Sky" backwards sample pitched down really IS freaky to listen to, and i belive an mp3 of it is semi-hidden in the full stop on the 'comments' site. |

if u reverse a certain section and slow it down enough u hear what sounds like a fire burning followed by someone walking slowly thru a forest. u then hear dark church bells chiming two or three times.. followed by (and this is the reason anyone would want to reverse this section to begin with) someone saying (twice, w/ each time w/ different speed/inflections - though that might be the same sample at different speeds) "a god with horns".. after another church bell you hear a woman scream breifly.. that rattling sound heard throughout the drum break in the song when slowed down sounds like a growl from .. for example "a god with horns" ;p the fire/forexst effect and the growl all might be unintentional though, as they are part of the break .. which includes static.. when slowed down sounds a lot like fire then again, they're known to use equations and things like that to create music.. so maybe the process by which these effects in 1/3 the playback speed of the song we hear, came first, and they bulit a track around that which resulted convoluded, I know.. |
