The first rule of becoming a moderator is to look like you don't want to be a moderator. Most boards select the moderators themselves if they feel they need to add to the team. Personally I wouldn't want to be a moderator anywhere because I think it is a thankless job =) |

Ah, don't worry, we spotted him straight away... Often, evidence is collected in the form of threads/destructive behaviour. Also, if you ban people straight away people on the board start to complain and question why you banned them (fuck me, at least one individual complained that I banned AeCompEntry). If you really feel there should be more mods, I suggest you mail crew@xltronic.com about it... |

hahaha, all fine and good so long as no one tries to get me to mod again, i did that on a site 4 years ago... it shouldn't be any suprise to you all that said site no longer exists... i banned half of them for not having cyber sex with me the other half for having cyber sex with me and the third half for being bad at math, and seeing as i've made my most recent monthly post i'm off to where ever it is i go when i'm not here |
