I´m compiling a up tempo-cd for myself ´cause I just got meself a cd-burner. Not really that much of an electronica cd, just fun catchy tunes that´ll get you on your fucking feet. Right now it´s about 25 mins long and I reckon it ought to be about 40 mins. So I´m just asking for some tips on tunes that would fit in my rather messy line up of goodies. No Venetian Snares type stuff. Some of the songs I´ve selected are: Leila K - Ca Plane Pour Moi Dsico - Like I Love You Fanfare Ciocarlia - Hai Romale! Atari Teenage Riot - Revolution Action! Nina Simone - Children Go Where I Send You The Teenage Idols - Here She Comes Busta Rhymes - Gimme Some Mo I´m looking for some fun punk or new wave stuff (devo maybe) and some fast 60s soul and maybe one of the new Chris Clark tunes. Or some nice fast riddims. Songs shorter than 5 minutes preferably. Maybe some old noisy rave shit... fast stuff.... Please Help Out! Thank you/ zetre |

Phresch- You really should. That track is seriously fucking nice!!:) Brings you back 10 years in time. Unfortunately Leila is living on the street nowadays (I guess she ran out of "Got to Get"-money a while ago). A friend of mine wanted her to sing on some track his band were going to record but he never had the guts to ask her ´cause she´s really aggressive. She´s still got the most star quality in the world tho.. |
