here's the latest poem i've written...for anyone
interested:

Today I was a drier full of wet clothes,
enough bricks to build a house,
a sunburn on the carpet.
I would've loved to have some cereal this morning,
but someone left the milk sitting out all night;
we had to pour it all down the drain.
I think the sun made things colder today,
because it blew
and the wind fell.
Today I was a closet full of naked hangers,
a paycheck for 38 dollars,
a nearly empty bowl of cat food.
And I think I'll wear this same pair of jeans tomorrow.

corpse tied to serated edge
of dismemebered body shock

axle chain death by runner
of gear wheel tie

found pleasure in risk
of implausible mechanical love fate

on dry sun day by trees in dust

Your poems have lots of nouns and verbs, lots of thick
crunchy images instead of goopy adjectives. I like that.

it's a feeling that you get
when you're cold and when you're wet
wakes you up when asleep in bed
and shakes you if you cry instead

it reaches out from the grey skies
and filters through the high rise
it finds it's soul in icy water
and in fickle plays with virgin daughter

it rises with the midnight sun
and points at you with loaded gun
brings back your guilt in tired visions
cuts inside with deep incisions

aloof aloft it watches all
from cable car to hotel hall
plants it's tales in your mind
leaves no clues for you to find

no clues that is except the ones
that blow you up like cluster bombs
insides outside cut to pieces
all washed up on pebbled beaches

(Kudos to whoever can tell me what film inspired that
poem.)

I like your poem. (and your avatar it reminds me of
something that I can't think of)

I liek this part.. "I think the sun made things colder
today,
because it blew
and the wind fell.
Today I was a closet full of naked hangers,
a paycheck for 38 dollars,
a nearly empty bowl of cat food."

transferring thoughts and emotions
onto this sinful, wicked pulp
pretend the existence of a tunnel-less light
or a lightless tunnel
with no means to reach the end
and no desire to try
hideous and irrelevant
under careless surveillance
neutralized with disinterest
bombarded with direst distress
calling out the words
to some forgotten song
in some forgotten tongue
to wake the ancient ones
whom feel your feelings from the air
and disenchant the seas
of all matter’s origin
all wrong of right
all untold and remembered
a frail collection of thought
with the distress of a trillion
their minds bleeding again:
if ignorance is bliss
is knowledge misery?

Happy dog plays fetch
Runs into the street, watch out
Blood on the fender
