 anyone help me out here? is this "totalrecorder" the thing

 | There are two ways to do this: 1)  for Win XP, get a wave editor/recorder such as the
 aforementioned cooledit, or goldwave (my favourite), wavelab
 etc etc. Then select "stereo mix" in your sound
 recording properties control panel whotnot. Then play
 the audio while recording in the recorder proggie. Tweak the
 recording level so that you don't get clipping at all first
 though.
 
 2)  download an mp3 of it. it's longer.
