what would you do/say if you met your favorite
artist/actor/whoever?

ex.: You're checking out some hoopy new albums at your local
dealer, and there, right beside you, stands God ahmighty
Marcus Eoin himself. What then?

I wouldn't call them God.

I would thank them,but I don't wan't to meet them because
they might be real assholes.

I can imagine Richard or Thom laughing at my ass-kissing.

In the case of BoC, for my part, I'd simply shake their
hands, if it was possible, and then say thank you, and get
the hell out of there with adrenaline gushing outta my
fudgehole.

If the temperature between us was right, I'd humbly ask for
their autographs.

I don´t think I would treat them very differently from
anyone else. With the same respect and decency, if it´s
repayed.

I wouldn't say anything. I'm smarter and more confident
than most of the artists I like.. They'd be magnetically
pulled to me.

my english teacher told me that the americans remove any
characters that doesn't need to be there - for reasons
unknown to me... same goes for other english words that have
been modified

this is completely off-topic though, so I shouldn't even
bother, hehe

It's more a case of the English adding characters that
didn't need to be there. Take the word 'colour', the
original spelling never had the 'u', but it found it's way
in the word somewhere along the way. I guess you could argue
that the American way of spelling is correct...

It's all bollocks of course, language is evolving all the
time so it's never really wrong or right. The only thing
that's important is that the people you're communicating
with understand you.

blush... then blush some more... and lose my words probably!
*' _ '*

but i met Trent Reznor once.
in a dream.
he was at the ophalmologist's cabinet though, and had eyes
both red and golden... i walked with him, discussing things,
and i wasn't embarassed at all, i discussed with him like we
were friends! (i was jumping like there was almost no
gravity while discussing to him btw, over the trees and the
cars, it felt good ^^)
