i ran a cord from the rca out on the tape deck to the mic in on the MD player. it sounds horrible. help me! how does one record things without digital transfer? |

Put it in the Optical/Line In, most people assume this is purely for digital transfer but it does analogue as well. :D |

mic-in is a lot more sensitive than line-in, so you can get distortion if you put line-in into mic-in |

record it to computer first, and than record it from your computer to the MD, I had to do it like that to get it to sound good, I also went into cool edit pro and filtered it a bit too |
