Ross: I just watched a cool animated short film just now
called "Antebios" by Francois Baranger...alien crashes on
earth...but it was followed! It's like 9 minutes long. I
thought it was pretty good.

Clobe Smith from over here on 2001-10-12 09:14 [#00040461]

anything pink floyd (dark side and animals are great).
blur's 13 is surprisingly good, as is radiohead's kid a. i
enjoyed nine inch nail's fragile, too. saw2 kinda freaked
me out, but i think i would do it again ... i think
basically anything you are really into, you'd like and find
new appreciation in. oh yeah, plastikman was cool too.

Frothbottom from New York on 2001-10-13 00:22 [#00040696]

Wagon Christ is great for that...

Narkotic from California, USA on 2001-10-13 00:24 [#00040698]

ya know...tried my best to get into viberts wagon christ,
just can't do it.. i have all of the releases, but shit
they're pretty lame after a while

Frothbottom from New York on 2001-10-13 00:28 [#00040699]

yeah, AFX is WAY better than Wagon Christ. Musipal and Stop
the panic are still good though.

unluky fuker on 2001-10-13 01:50 [#00040715]

i like to listen to plaid when red up, double figure and
rest proof clockwork are my favs.

flyte on 2001-10-13 02:19 [#00040724]

naphex, can't believe you mentioned roxy music's for your
pleasure. that's got to be the weirdest most intense rock
album ever. it's not even rock. whatever, it's great no
matter what drug you're smoking

Quoth from Berlin on 2001-10-13 03:24 [#00040740]

I'm still agreeing w/Baron that Plug's Drum 'n Bass for Papa
is a great album to listen to when smokin some doobies

Xanatos from NYC on 2001-10-13 05:35 [#00040764]

Anyone ever heard Plug's Me and Mr. Sutton? It's Koality.

Quoth from Berlin on 2001-10-13 15:52 [#00040797]

MASSIVE ATTACK - MEZZANINE

nuts when blasted

Airfix Twin from Ingerland on 2001-10-14 16:25 [#00040990]

Erm.... how the HELL have you peeps not mentioned Shpongle?
Simon Posford is Rich's biggest rival in phuct production
(except Tommo Jenkers... big up the chelmsford posse! If Tom
gets word o'this, I guess ur not still playing in that
forest near Braintree? hehe!)

Naphex-Male from Vancouver, Canada on 2001-10-18 00:04 [#00043089]

flyte: I'm glad someone commented on For Your Pleasure! It's
fantastic and scary. Some of Ferry's lyrics on this album
are creepy...."In Every Dream Home A Heartache" for
example...going on about that inflatable doll. "Disposable
darling, my goal is to serve you...you float in my new
pool...can't throw you away now....." WEIRD!

Peace!

Naphex-Male from Vancouver, Canada on 2001-10-18 00:06 [#00043091]

The first time I heard Mezzanine...I was on a cap of E and
had smoked several hundred joints....so you could say that
album kicked my ass!

DblHeLX from moon on 2001-10-18 00:06 [#00043092]
