From my point of view I like all of the stuff going on in the background, if I had one minor thing to say about it...it would have to be that the drum is too obtrusive and a little repetative.
The track is decent though.
If you want you can listen to my junk at this place. Give distorted high a listen if you go and let me know what you think :D

it has a good ambient quality but i think for a 4 minute track it is a little too repetetive. i like the use of vocal sampling. the simple delay on the voice has a nice effect. you might try adding some more breaks here and there.
it also sounds like it is building to something. it would be phat if you came in at about the 45 second mark, or maybe after that first vocal sample, with a real grumbly yet clean and rich bass line. i kept thinking of something like that bass line from that Garbage song; the one where the lyrics go "i would die for you etc etc..." though that song kinda sucks, that bass line or something like it would fit in very well to this track.
for now though it is a good "back ground music" track. like for a soundtrack or something; not to obtrusive or distracting.
that's my two cents, take it for what it's worth.

heh, funny i just read ecnadniarb's post and he says the drums are too obtrusive; right after i finished saying that the track was not obtrusive.
just goes to show you that all people have different ideas of what "chilled" music is i guess.

here is a track i made about a year ago. i just wanted to do a simple techno track but i think it illustrates how a few breaks between the measures can add some depth to a song. anywho, this is what i meant by adding some breaks.
clicky clicky

lol, I think I just have the subwoofer turned up too high. The drums seems to swallow a lot of what was going on in the background.
