Have you seen any of the previews? My brother's going to go
on leave from the army so he can fly back across the ocean
and play co-op with me. He'll be on the front lines dodging
mortars and AK47 fire when the call comes in that Halo 2 has
shipped..
They'll have to heliovac him back to base and American lives
will probably be lost in the process..
I'll frag 50 covenant asses for each soldier that goes down
out there assisting my brother's retreat!

I honestly thought Medal of Honor was horrible. Deceived by
the hype, I bought it for Xbox the day it came out. The
first few missions were really fun, especially D-Day, but
after that it just devolved into a painfully average
run-of-the-mill FPS. Everything looked terribly dated too..
This game could have run on the original Playstation.
Disgusted, I brought it back the day after and exchanged it
for Baldur's Gate:Dark Alliance which was completely
different, a bit generic, and lacking any updates over the
original PS2 version, but all and all a much more satisfying
play than the previous game. Every FPS just feels sub-par
after Halo. Speaking of, I just played the Xbox demo for
Wolfenstein which is also near utter crap. Gliding across
the floor at 10 mph? Evil zombies exploding into 3 tiny
bones? That's just down right insulting. The original
Quake technology is 7 years old now and such simple details
as semi-believable gibs still haven't been implemented? I
wonder sometimes if Id simply cranks out their titles as
showcases for the engine.
We'll see what happens when Doom III is released, supposedly
the panacea of panaceas. I'm sure they'll sell half their
copies on the name alone.
