This topic is spawn fromt he Pheonix topic, but I have
broader concern.

What are the best freeware broswers and are they better than
ie or netscape and why?

I no longer can bare outlook express. A good freeware mail
thingy to recomend?

Pegasus is the best free mail client. Very powerful.
It does not suck; it will not ruin the internet for
everyone.

There was a Phoenix thread?! I tried Phoenix and it's great
but annoyingly, it lets you save passwords but not manage or
delete them. Other than that it's fucking great - I'm glad
they're going to go with that codebase as the future of
Mozilla.

In the meantime I'm sticking with Mozilla. It has just about
everything I want in a browser, especially since I installed
the "mouse gestures".

i like graffiti.net or yahoo for free mail
servers.....graffiti i think gives you 20MB of free email
space.....and thats quite a bit in this day and age.

i'm curious about the phoenix thingy too, i may d/l it and
check it out. IE is comfy for me, but perhaps i should be
more adventerous and see whats out there!
