who of you does it ? what tricks you can do ? you think idm
has changed the skateboard scene ? i mean, i don't like it
when somebody thinks about skateboard and thinks bout
hip-hop music. i hate hip-hop. then i saw this article on
aphextwin.nu about afx and skateboarding. kinda cool.
yesterday i saw a skate movie and in the background was
girl-boy song. it rocks !!

I skate. I used to be decent, pretty high ollies, switch
180's, nollies. Then I stopped for a yr. Now, I can't even
olley up a curb anymore. =/ This summer all Im going to be
doing is skating and jumping on my trampoline, time to shape
up. Right now Im riding on a zoo york deck

When I was good, my mom threw out my old dresser. When I was
skatingout side im like hmm that looks like it'd be a good
fun box. Boy I was wrong. I ollied onto it and crashed right
through twisting most of my limbs, ahhh good times.

I skate! A lot actually, i can do 180's, kickflip, nollie,
pop shove-it, shove-it, some old school tricks, ollie (of
course), and some more... I'm gonna skate all summer long,
hmmmm...
IDM in skateboarding is cool, but the scene it's not all
hip-hop. It still is more punk. The most sorts of music
invloved in skateboarding still are Punk(rock), hip-hop and
IDM. i recently read an article about IDM in skateboarding,
and it's cool that a lot of pro-skaters start listening to
it!

ow yeah, you should see 'Flip - Sorry' the video, it's
great

hip-hop)
-thunder trucks
-birdhouse bearings
-powell wheels/hardware

i used to be a pretty decent skater.. but i havent skated
for aboute three yrs or so.
so now ill probably bail if i try a ollie. i just cant find
the time to skate theese days, to much music making. :)

but im thinking of doing a skate film (i still got mates who
are quite good skaters) with some quality music on it.

i did it pretty much some years ago, i could ollie on and
over things and with a little luck i'd manage to make a
kickflip :D

i don't skate anymore but i like to watch sk8 videos now and
then, funny thing is; i recently d/l-ed a skatevideo
(shorty's one step beyond) and it started with æ's 'Tewe'
(nr. 3 from chiastic slide), this surprised me since they
mosly use rock/punk music etc.

Beastie Boys' 'Tough Guy' is a nice skatetrack imo :)

beats... tune the few hip-hop songs out

i can't skate fer shit. can barely stand on a fuckin
skateboard. i am a master at the casper tho. last summer i
pulled tons fo 720caspers, and even flipped out of it once.
only reason i can do it is cuz you don't gotta stand on the
fackin thing.

I used too, but never got a new board after mine was stole
in '98. I was decent, could ollie two boards, land
kick-flips and shove-its, nose/body/50-50 grind curbs and
such. I'm thinking about getting a new one because they
just built a great new outdore skate park here in my city
(one of the biggest in the midwest!)
