have anyone heard this band? they made an album quite some
years ago named "I'm not one of us"...

They have this leadsinger that has like the most wicked
voice. A cross between Tricky and Machine Head....

check them out or something....or do not...i don't care...i
just wanted to talk about them

Yeah they're that metalish band who have techno
....tendencied don't they?

They had a single out a while ago, like ...2 years ago?
maybe three.

But yeah they were pretty cool

I came across theyre the "I'm not one of us" album when it
came out, and listened to it quite much. But then I lost it
somehow..

Anyway, they had some good tunes going on...his voice really
kicks ass

I remember them. I'm sure Burton C. Bell was on their album
as a guest vocalist... ok stuff, a lot of that style was
flying around at the time (Still is I guess, with Killswitch
Engage and shit).

Poor Jack! In fact you realise it's a blessing in disguise
you can't read any more about the most overrated band in
existence, right? ;)

On topic - I'm trying to find the Metal Hammer CD sampler I
got with Psycore's 'T-1000' track - T-1000 I think it was
called - I may have to d/l it tonight. Burton C Bell sings
the bridge on it, and it has a very Rollins-esque vibe. Good
stuff, but hardly ground breaking. Meshuggah are far better!

I believe they are based in Gothenburg (Sweden). I know at
least the singer is. His name is Markus Jaan and he has
also been singing/talking on records by Nonplace Urban Field
and Quant.

Will do.. in fact I may have that on a sampler too...

Unfortunately the title brings up memories of a horrendous
song by Brit-rock quartet Reef.

I should clarify - I was thinking of another band!
Kilgore are the ones who did work with B.C.B. and
sound like Machine Head. Psycore had a bald vocalist, right?
Hah! *twats self*
