I just got back from the Warp tour at the Henry Fonda Theatre. The first DJ was awesome and played some ae peel sessions which made me happy. Plaid were uneven- I wish they'd played more of their melodic stuff. Prefuse 73 was fun but I wasn't feeling it. Andrew Weatherall does what he does well but it isn't quite my style i guess.
Thanks to the man who gave a free ticket to my friend. Shout out to ggloom who I saw in line and the guy to whom I gave earplugs. And to the pretty brunettte with a ponytail.
Post pics of yourselves if you went. I bet we saw a lot of each other unwittingly.

hello people I'd have to agree w/Jon about Plaid, I expected to hear melodies - that was a negative
um Prefuse73 played some amazing stuff, really looking forward to his new album now
anyone notice the drunk girls dancing in all white? i think they took a lot of pressure off the artists because everyone was watching them including myself
