I used to dabble in music making back in the day of the
Atari St and Cubase but soon realised that i was shite and
gave up. I saw this in my local shop and compared to what
the ST offered back then, it looked quite impressive. Has
anyone bought it and, if so, is it any good?

ive got it, its pretty cheesy - you are stuck with the loops
it comnes with unless you shell out for the sampling adapter
for the ps2, youd be better off with fruityloops or reason
for your PC

i haven't seen it, but let me be ignorant and assume its not
as good as fruity loops.

I went on to the website and apparently they have stopped
manufacturing the sampler. So i'd just be left with the
cheesy samples. But i read somewhere that you can alter the
samples to create your own sounds. In which case i might be
interested.

Get fruity loops and cut use cool edit pro as a sampler. U
need to find a friendly geek with lots of software on CD and
a burner.

I bought this a while back before I owned a computer. Very
fun game indeed. Id like to have a second crack at making
music with this. I still might have some old tracks on the
memory card.

$139

there are three ways to purchase it though.

box version: comes with manual and hundreds of loops and
samples.

full online version: same as the boxed version minus most of
the sample bank but includes a life time subscription to
updates and improvements as theyre made. You could also
purchase the subscription seperatley with the boxed
version.
