I was really looking forward to it but now my interest has faded a lot. I heard it's a different story from the games and has none of the original cast from the games. It could be good, but I was really looking forward to seeing a movie version of RE 1 or 2. I want Chris & Jill and Claire and Leon and Wesker!!! What kind of name is Rain anyway?! |

I haven't actually looked into it all that much but the premise of the videogame is much like the film Return Of The Living Dead which was good, I doubt the Resident Evil film will be good though, the pictures of the zombies look retarded. |

I can understand completely the need to change the story and characters, if they didnt, the movie would have no suspense for the millions of gamers who have played through the games...I havent forgotten that Paul Anderson is a very visual director and the pics look stunning and have an atmosphere that reminds me of the RE's greatly. I am sure Clint Mansell will write a stunning soundtrack for the movie as well. |

who is carl crack? i'm definately looking forward to this... First of all its a fucking RE movie! Second of all, its Clint Mansell. I would see it if even if one of those factors werent there, but they are both there. Also the fact that CM is doing the soundtrack makes me positive that they wont bastardize it and make it hollywood garbage...(i hope) |

No, no, not that Paul Anderson, it's another, the same Anderson that directed Mortal Kombat, and Soldier(that shit Kurt Russel film) if that's anything to go by. But he also directed Event Horizon, which was ok. He's also the writer. |
