I think it's a good, quiet album that can be surprisingly pretty. I don't mind if the lady singer isn't too good live since I'll probably never see them live. I wonder if Tricky has a new album coming out soon?

i havent really liked much tricky since angels with dirty faces tho maxinquaye was brilliant. i wish hed stayed massive.

been listening to all the old goodies lately... when you think about it, there aren't too many people who've put out a run of four straight albums that are as unique, challenging, and enjoyable... that's a lot of good music. i wouldn't want to say that it was audience retardation that finally broke down his will to do awesome stuff... but it does sort of seem that way, doesn't it...?

tricky is an artist i've kinda forgotten about, listened to maxinquaye recently though... great album. it's been a few years since i've really bothered listening to all of his stuff though, probably should get up to speed.
