Supposedly a Drukqs preview track that was on a select
magazine free tape. I got a copy the other day. Have you
what do you think? Sounds more like My Teapot with heavy VST
Knob Twiddling to Me.

But Select magazine was no longer being published at that
time...

Hm, I think it was released in 1994, so it's probably not a
Drukqs preview.

It was put out on a cover tape (Don't think CD) in the UK
over year before the release date of Drukqs as publicity.
The magazine is called 'Select'. I am not sure whether or
not it was distributed worldwide. 'My Teapot' was a Polygon
Window track on one of Warps early Artificial Intelligence
albums.

I think dariusgriffin & Peter File are probably right
there.... I am sure it was promotion for his new album, if
it was 1994 it must have been for ICBYD. It just shows how
long I have been a hardcore Twin head.

The UK promotional-only cassette for "Secret Tracks 2"
came free with the May 1994 issue of _Select Magazine_. The
cassette itself comes in a standard transparent cassette
shell with a full-color(double) j-card picture sleeve.
The song, "Phlid" by THE APHEX TWIN, is exclusive to the
"Secret Tracks 2" compilation.

That's what they said about it on theaphextwin.com.

And yes, it sounds like a remix of My Teapot.

Yes and don't I know it too. I thought it was going to be
Aphex gold dust like Soit-P.P. - n.IASP.
