The 30th Anniversery Edition of "The Dark Side of the Moon"
is released today! It's been remastered (Again) but now on
a 5.1 surround dual layer SACD. One layer contains the
regular cd tracks and the other the 5.1 mix. I'm going to
buy it in a few minutes. Anyone else thinking about getting
this?

I just got back with the disc and have learned those nazi's
in the music industry won't let my dvd drive play the 5.1
mix on the disc! Damn encryption. Apparently one needs a
dvd player that supports SACD playback. Thats the last time
I buy a special cd. From now on it's all regular cd's until
someone manages to hack the encryption.
But Pink Floyd does indeed need to make new music. At least
one more album before the die. This remaster does sound
very nice and all, but I would like some new music as well.

Fuck Pink Floyd, I just want them to remaster AND remix the
entire Beatles catalogue... they've done it for everybody
else EXCEPT them. Fucking... fuck.
