not really no although i hope he does. as travis has said on
a previous post, it was obvious this was tied in with his
protests against military action against iraq

no comment.. i have no way of knowing if this was an honest
mixup or part of a planned campaign, but as already said in
this thread: don't leak names to the press unless they're
proven guilty.

Well, the police release high profile names like this so it
appears they actually do something, rather than sit on their
fat arses all day guzzling donuts and coffee.

Why do Americans sue everyone?

it would seem pretty normal in such' cases, imo...

Laziness/greed?

Not saying all Americans are... just the ones who believe in
"blame culture".

I hope Del Naja will rise above it and settle on a public
apology. It's not like he needs the money.

At least now we know that he's not a paedo and I will now go
out and buy massive attack's new album. I think police
should investigate every musician like this. I am always
wary about buying cd's by certain artists and if I knew for
a fact that my money would not fund their perversions I
would be more likely to buy their albums.

Why would the police suspect him of peaedophilia (sp?) in
the first place? One would think the police had better
things to do than make groundless accusations about
celebrities. They must have found *something* for them to
even think about busting into his house and confiscating his
computer.

Hmm smells fishy :/

Maybe someone stole and used his credit card number to get
into a porn site. I think that's where they were getting
their leads for the current round of crackdowns.
