What a great tune. by Squarepuhser ... a little underated
due to its surface simplicity..... i´m istening to the
Frigids version. Okay he doesn´t tweak it much but its a
fucking awesome concert assault of a song.I heard a version
on the bbc website form Belfast that was a little better
dopne live.... Highly emeotional i think... the title lends
it a certain poignancy too. One to be dropped in the next
mashup..... C´Mon!

Keyfumbler you have great taste in music! Out of all the
squarepusher songs you pick one of my personal favorites!

I was excited when i saw it was on the frigid version, too
bad it wasn't tweaked to all fuck! Good stuff indeed!

Yep the title always makes me think of some guy alone with
robots for friends- a bit like the guy off silent planet or
the toymaker in bladerunner...

Ah shame. Have a good time. Where are you going? I noticed
there are a few good gigs in the coming weeks in Bristol:
Freestylers,
808 State,
DMX crew,
N.o.w. etc.

I'm going on a work thing friday and then staying the
weekend to visit a couple of friends. I wonder if there are
any good gigs on that weekend in Bristol.

Apparently Donna Summer is going to be at the Take 5 Café
(Stokes Croft) tonight, and Knifehandchop will play there
next Thursday.

I think N.O.W. are going to be here on the weekend of ATP.
Not sure though. I'll let you know if anything good crops
up.

Enjoy Donna Summer.

i think of Tom Jenkinson satreing at his (fictional!)
newborn baby and thinking "i wish you could talk(like my
music, cos i created you, like my music)"... bit weird but
the guys a whacko!

No doubt influenced by the seminal "I wish I could fly"
