When I was a little kid, goldfish were my pet of choice. When I was an even littler kid I had a cat, but it went crazy and tried to kill me so my parents were wary of getting another cat. I couldn\'t get a dog because my dad was too lazy to walk one, so I got goldfish. I used to love my goldfish; I\'d buy them castles and deep-sea divers and I\'d put fake coral reef in their tank. I also used to feed them twice a day, as the bottle of fish food said, with exactly two shakes, like the bottle said. This was enough so that the goldfish were full and content, but not bloated. I\'d like to think they were the happiest goldfish in the whole wide world. Invariably, though, I\'d go to sleep-away camp or visit my grandparents, and I\'d entrust my dad with caring for my goldfish. My dad is a smart man, but he should never have pets of his own. Every time I came back, he had forgotten to feed my fish; he\'d feed them too much; or he would forget to take the fish out of the tank when he cleaned it, resulting in the fish going down the sink drain. My goldfish always died when I went away and I\'d cry and I\'d cry. I\'d be mad at my dad for weeks, ruing the day I\'d left my beloved goldfish to my father\'s care. Remember this: every time you threaten someone, whether you mean it or not, it\'s like you\'re taking that person\'s family\'s and friends\' goldfish away from them. |

i had alot of goldfish a few months ago, i got real fish so i gave them to my girlfriend. they were about 10x bigger than when i bought them. anyway, she killed them all a week later. i cried. then i ate some cookies and it was all better.... mmmmm.... cookies |
