Rob Young the editor/reviewer is a clever writer and can really hit the nail on the head when it comes to describing the sounds of squarepusher and the Twin. He seems to be the main Warp guy for the Wire anyway.....and obviously likes their stuff. However, he makes RDJ, with this latest review, out to be somebody who should pander to the expectations of fans and /or record companies. HELLO!!!!!! Thats EXACTLY what he doesn't do mate! Plus I hope ya listened to Squarepushers 'Go plastic' a few more times and copped on to how genious it is after a dose of that little ingredient important to music called TIME!!!! ....like your writing though, ya lil monkey |
