i had a lot of fun doing xltradio, and i'd like to do it
again but this time i was thinking something entirely
differant... i could ration my site off and have a load of
room dedicated to a bunch of tracks by us... heres what i
propose for the site...

we give ourselves a decent amount of time to do an EXCLUSIVE
track for the site... say a month?

the tracks we make HAVE to be remixes of a NON idm song...
something rock, country, pop whatever... your remix can of
course sound idmish but you HAVE to use the track somewhere
in there...

you dont get to choose the song you have to remix :)

what do you say? if i get enough noise makers in on this,
ill get the ball rolling :D

cheers
-james

the tracks you have to remix, and then someone can tell me
what i have to remix :)

'the tracks you have to remix'
aww so you tell me what i've got to do.... i don't know
about that, sorry...

actually i'll let you know now what you have to remix so
that you have plenty of time... if you REALLY dont want to
remix the track i say, we can reach a compromise :)

fat kaimo _ the notwist - off the rails
corticalstim _ TLC - kick your game >:)

unreasonable?

dude, its still planning stages so if you would rather
choose yourself what you remix then thats cool... i just
thought it would have cool results forcing an artist into
unfamiliar territory

idea of remixing something you probably wont like?

own track.

and then let the ones participating choose from that list?

When is that xltronic radiomix gonne be up in mp3?

im well into the idea of sampling a song, and using the
elements to make something new

i do that fairly often in my normal stuff

into cubase and this is something i did fast for
