What's a good program for changing the speeds of mp3s?

btw Hetzel, he wasn't talking about booc. mortsto, you can
download the warp mix which includes a bit of miamivice but
the full track isn't available yet.

i got the new sampler with the full version of miamivice
this morning, havent heard it properly yet coz im at work :(
its got the full lfo track from the pool party cd and a new
prefuse track, saweet
