At lo recordings it says that Andy Jenkinson "contributed a few acid remixes to his brother's 'Chaos AD' on Rephlex and last year's 'Selection Sixteen' album for Warp."
Are these really remixes, or did Andy just do all the acid stuff (making it a collaborative album)? And what about other 'pusher acid like on the Vic Acid single? Are these really Ceephax tracks?

The last numbered track, or the very last one on the CD (not numbered). As I recall the vinyl version came with a bonus 10" of untitled tracks.

i have the Lp and the bonus 10¨ is called "anti-greylord protection scheme" or some shit!.. it contains tracks 14, 15, 16, 17 from the Cd and i love em all
(the noisy, space velcro tracks work well when mixing it on the decks)
i´d imagin eht ewhole remixing thing is a case of little bro hearing one of toms work-in progress tracks and saying "giz a shot at that, tom" and tom says "oh for fuck sake.. go on then you annoying bastard...... take the fucking thing and acid it up".. so he does and we get Ceephax acid madness... lovely . (he´s got a new alñbum out soon by the way)

Apparently Squarepusher has a new ep out sometime. There was information in a thread round here somewhere, but I can't find it.

i got that Ceephax "acid quakers" on vinyl about 2 years ago, brought it to a mates hosue for a party and left it there! its been in his garage ever sinse cos i´m so lazy i ain´t got round to getting it back. I have i taped though and i have to say track 2 is one of the best acid tracks ever made!.....
RDJ said in some interview last year that Ceephax live was the only thing doing it for him at that time. ....... bring it on!

It says "melodic acid" on the homepage.
So, is this like 'Universal Indicator' or semi-cheesy stuff?
Do tell before I buy this...

that Psulatan single with ther Ceephax remixes is cool if yer mixin on vinyl.... ya need to playn it LOUD and for your oldskool mates!
The Ceephax Acid Quakers stuff is acid but not acccciiiiiidddd..... like the reviews say, he changes tempo in the songs and it works well... his drum programming is really cool and keeps the tracks alive i think... its pure energy music with a progressive vibe.. can´t think of a contempory simialr artist really

Acid Quakers showed up this morning. It got pretty mullered in the post though :(. The only decent packaging I have seen for records has been Amazon and Warp. Otherwise the corners get crushed.

D'oh. I needn't have worried about it getting mashed up in the post, as it was mullered before it even left Lo recordings.
I expect you will get a nice new shiny copy, ScenarioDr, however mine was the very last one and is therefore pretty beat up. It looks like something I'd call a 'find' if I had paid 50p for it at a car boot sale.
Still, I can't fault the good people at Lo as they did at least send me the record (albeit quite scratched) plus a promo of the Lo and Behold sampler, and were very friendly.
