Pancakes with icecream are delicious! :-) Roll them up with icecream inside, put some chocolate-sauce and whipped cream on top et voila... wonderful. |

I made some crazy pancakes last year. Pancakes with one side coated in "dime bar core"-like toffee. This was then rolled up tightly and pinned with cocktail sticks until the toffee set hard enough to go solid and hold the pancake rolled up. This pancake roll was then dipped in cooking chocolate and set to cool. The result? Very bad for you, but very tasty... |

Try to add some fine slices of banana too. I would eat those pancake-icecream-hot chocolatesauce things 'till I'm about to explode. :) Or you can add little pieces of apple in your pancake and then just vanilla ice ice baby. Everything can also be done with thosy eggy waffles. |
