Just today someone asked me if I'd heard of Schneider TM. I
hadn't, and I said so.

they cover the smith's There is a light... it's the happiest
they've ever sounded.

That cover is called 'Light 3000' and is also in a remix on
The Orb's Back to mine album.
Don't ask me more 'bout Shneider, it's the only song I know.
:)

okay I have now listened to the Zoomer about 5 times..the
fuckers just that catchy..
but I would not go round blindly recommending it...this is
basically an old school retro 80's pop album with glitchy
elements spread through out..and by glitchy I dont mean the
razor sharp clean and tight glitch of the Warp and
Schematics artists..no this is closer to Mr.Oizo and Click
Hop and Click Techno artists on Mille Plateaux...it's grungy
distorted noisy full of clipping rhythms...and yet at the
same times..its bright and cheerful and very happy..just
like xian_ecci here mentioned..so a bit of Rephlex territory
there I suppose..

So because of the 80s pop element (think New Order, Erasure,
Pet Shop Boys) and the distorted, clipping nature of the
glitch (Stuff I have been tryin to achieve with my own POP
project)..it's right up my alley..but others proceed with a
bit of caution and /l and listen first before buying..but I
am warning..some of the songs are so catchy ( Reality Check,
Frogtoise, Abyss, Cuba TM) you might end up buying:p
