My life in PICTURES....

Well, I've been gone for a little while, but this board's
allure is strong.

Been doing lots of sailing, and I've never shared a picture
of me before, so here are some racing pictures with me.
(I'm the kid in the yellow hat......duh)

Anyway, got second place overall in this regatta in
Portland, Oregon.

Was in Seattle the week before that for sailing, and will be
in Bellingham Washington next weekend.......yeah!

these are FJ's btw:

Looking hardcore with 5 o'clock shadow

Finishing a roll tack

crusing home

anyway, hope all is well, I'll be around as always it
seems......

What boat are you in? Looks a bit like a laser- not sure
which model though...

lol, I don't normally look that gruff, plus I hadn't
showered that morning, so I'm dirty.

I love sailing though, our team is getting better all the
time.

I'm pretty gash at sailing although I've done a reasonable
amount. I prefer windsurfing and kayaking. Inflatable rib
powerboats are great too.

I find nothing more rewarding than sailing.

In the sun, the rain, wind, calm, it's always a physical
remove from where you normally are.

It gets me out of places that hurt and try me, and it
focuses my energy on being the best I can.

I've learned a lot from sailing, a good amount has nothing
to do with boats.

you've got to get on the water then.

Doesn't a part of you ache for lack of a release? Fucking
get out on the water and enjoy it, make it a priority.

I guess I say all this cuz I've really learned the
importance of taking care of yourself, no one is going to do
it for you, so make sure you do it for yourself.

thanks m8

I sailed Varsity A too, which is the hardest division, and
I'm a light (130lbs) sophomore with a light crew (125lbs)

In the heavy stuff we can't hike the boat flat, but in the
light stuff we are very fast. Getting better all the time.

I don't have anyone to Kayak with and I don't have a
roofrack to transport my brother's kayak which I use :(

I've been meaning to take fencing back up as well. I used to
kick ass at that.

hey man, I took offense, but a little while, and kinda
thinking/reading about how you meant it, I decided to come
back.

You've always been kind to me too, so I have no reason to
believe you meant much malice from it.

Water under bridge mate. Go sailing.

that is fucking awesome. I'm not a big fan of traps, but
flying a hull in decent wind beats eating waves in the

Man, reaching down, catching the puffs and getting the boat
on a plane, with a guy onm on the wire, fucking crazy fun,
though I did submarine us =)
