Clearly this followup is past 2 years but what the hey!

I dont think there is anything wrong with it, except for the
fact that i would sometimes deal with exhaustion when i woke
up due to being lucid for so long.

I think that it is healthy and can be real rewarding. Its a
great experience IMO and think that everyone should be able
to experience such things!
