btw i've got a friend who works for an arab television station and has worked in iraq and saudi arabia for years -he organised the meeting between tony benn and saddam husein so i think i know the score a little more than you - you just know how to stereotype and celbrate your' own bungling ignorance - i lived in saudi for some years as a child too whilst my dad worked out there so i think i know about life in the middle east first hand even though my memory is vague . |
