the odd's arre that you will. sadly most animals, like
humans, have a drrawn out death. but as long as you arre
therre when you think its gonna happen nearr them, and not
in bed so that they die alone in a cold kitchen at night,
its not so bvad

In my heart i know she's right, but still... 6 months
without a cat is a loooooong time.

true...
our cat had to be put to sleep by the vet. He died with his
head in the palm of my hand. It was a very sad moment :-(
But still i'm glad i was there and he didn't have to die
alone.

I had a cat that seemingly commited suicide by running
headlong into a garage door over the road.

My cat Mitzy, was hit by a car a year back.Well I say hit but
he was dragged under the wheel and caught between the wheel
and the wheel arch, while the wheel was still spinning.
Anyway when it was took to the vets (by a witness),the
Vettenarian said it was the worst state he'd ever seen in
his 14 years of being a vet,he said that it should be put
down,so I said yes.
When I was aloud to see Mitzy the doctor pulled the needle
out, then Mitzy looked at me like"Don't do it,please"
So I paid £659.00 for the opperations. It had a external
frame to secure his shattered leg, half of his mashed liver
and one kidney taken out and all other cuts stitched up and
broken bones pinned.

Money well spent,he brings me a dead bird on my doorstep
every morning.
You'd never guess his problems, cats are truly amazing
animals.
