i recently launched a website called felodese
[http://felodese.humbleice.com] as a place for musicians to
expose their albums for on-demand streaming. The streams
are in lo/hi ogg and hi mp3 (tenatively lo mp3).

I'm currently accepting artist albums (mp3 or CD releases),
label catalogues, and DJ mixes. You can upload you music to
ftp://12.228.164.156; anon access. PLEASE upload in the
incoming and PLEASE leave a .txt file with your
artist/website/contact information.

Interesting... was a bit perplexed until I realised I needed
to turn off PopUpStopper so the proper window could open :D
then was confused a bit later by the lack of "link
mousepointer" on the artist names. It wasn't obvious that
they could be clicked.
Apart from all that, nice idea!

ok, it's updated... there shouldn't be a pop-up issue and
made the hand pointer go of the artists names. it looks
ugly in netscape (cause they underline links), but it's
probably less confusing.

how ironic. not too long ago I had made some artwork which I
titled "Felo de se" - if I remember correctly, it's latin
for "Suicide"

lol, well i wouldn't by it anyhow, cause my username at
school has been felodese for 3 years. Although, you're
right, it does mean suicide, which i feel is quite
appropriate when it comes to riaa vs internet-trading.

btw, I will soon have the entire "thinner" label collection
up soon as even later I will include their "autoplate"
sister label's music.

PLUS, it's reorganized and much more suavé, so check it
out.
