I lied on my cv too! I said I was an out-going person!
Its doing office work, fileing, faxing, computer based stuff mainly. Its actuall education based, its a training progrramme.I get paid for learning!
Its not great pay buts it only for a year then if a I pass the NVQ(training proggramme)I get a great job.
Also I've got another interveiw next week, which is a position for selling BMW vehicles!New ones,i'm not going to be a dodgy used car dealer!

I've been struggling with depressions for 10 years now. I've talked to a lot of people but I always had the feeling they wanne some kind a brainwash me to be a marionet in society. But not all was bad, I learned to put things in perspectif, but the danger is that you can get pretty cynical. It's a matter of finding the balance between it and that's hard to do.
What helps me most is being creative. Do some tunes, write something down (helps you to structure your feelings and see connections you never saw or expected), do something graphic or whatever you like doing.
I have the same feeling 'bout people but instead of hiding myself from them, I go undercover and mix in with an attitude of a loner in the mass and I feel comfertable in that position. Sometimes gives you some laughs just observing.
It's true you hate the 'Everything's gonne be fine' , 'Other people have more reason to be depressed' advice is not the one you one hear. But don't blame it on them, they really care but just don't know what a depression really is. Something you only know when you have experienced imo.

that should pay off TonePu5her, i rreally hope you get it.
Kill Switch that makes sence with me, and it is harrd forr people to underrstand, sometimes its harrd forr me to underrstand. I don't walk arround with a face a mile long all the time, i do laugh with my family and things like that, and at funny shows, I'm not the enbodyment of miserry, but i always have this underrlying sadness, and its that which people don't get. how can i laugh at something and not be happy.

my thoughts.... a depression goes along with "what is the meaning of life" "why am i living, for whom..." I know getting a gf will put everything into perspective and there you have your meaning of life - it makes you happy. That's what life is about - be happy.. And that doesn't depend on just having a girlfriend. You have to convince yourself you're worth it - you can't hurry love, you just have to wait. I know it sucks people saying "It's gonna be allright" but really, it does. You have to believe in yourself: Don't bother about these issues.. Find things you care, you like to do.. Staying positive will glance positivity out of you, and people will look at you differently..

"I know getting a gf will put everything into perspective and there you have your meaning of life - it makes you happy"
it would make me VERRY happy, it would give me a rreason to make my hairr nice, to get out of bed and make an efforrt to get a job.
"You have to convince yourself you're worth it" spot on, I would feel like i dident deserrve herr, that she only picked me because therre was noone else, that would go on forr along time, maybe forreverr. Thats coz i trruly can't underrstand why someone would pick me when therre arre all them betterr people out therre.

why would they pick you: -because you have this personality nobody has, unique like humour, creativity and your opinion. Just make sure people don't recognize any bad depression feelings in you - it could scare them off- When they meet you as a positive bright man - they're more willing in contacting. (imo)

its been keeping me very single
but im getting over it. and noone really likes a perfect person anyway!. thats something which only occurred to me recently, but its put a lot into perspective. theres something with everyone.
its the people who dig you for who you are, in your heart, that matter.

Why don't you take a course in something you are very interested in. I think there are a lot of possibilites. And then you meet new people, you start to respect yourself again if what your doing is good and maybe there will a girl in the course with the same interests as you. ;-)

It pays exelent money and after my year of training I become assitant manager. But for now i'm just training.
