I was recording something the other day from a keyboard.. playing to the rhythm that was looping on renoise.. I didn't realize the output was being recorded at the time, so it ended up recording both the drums and what I was playing on the keyboard.. fortunately it turned out really well.. the problem is at some parts the reverb effect sortof clashed with the outwave which was too loud.. and it sounds kindof sloppy as a result.. as if what is playing is pushing the limits of the speakers at all times.. do u kno what I'm talking about? .. anyway, if you know of any way of limiting or extracting this kind of noise let me knwo

cooledit's (many other surely) remove noise can get a noise floor, so if u have a section with mostly the reverb noise in question it should be easy to limit/remove...
maybe try with eq/filters dunno, i need to hear what it sounds like to tell :p

yes.. but oddly enough, what really smoothed everything out and removed the bass .. rumble(?) was increasing the "loudness" in the FFT fiter section
