I think it's just some cheezy 80's song that has been
chopped up. I don't think it's something like the Amen
break or anything.

But I was curious as to where I could get some of the breaks
that Venetian Snares uses, like in All the Children Are
Dead.

thats easy to do, just over compress and distort your
regular breaks. then get crazy.
